We process the orders within 1 hour of the placement. If you wanted to change your mind on something ordered, it would need to be done within 1 hour of your original order time. OC Hair Recovery Studio is currently only shipping in the United States. Overall our shipping time can range anywhere from 5 to 9 business days depending on stock availability and shipping methods and locations. Current shipping Price is free if the item amount is over $300, standard shipping is $10.00 for anything under $299.99
Return Policy:
Our return Policy at OC Hair Recovery Studio is an exchange only policy within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. This Exchange will have a 20% restocking fee. The tags must be attached to your product, in factory condition, with no sign of wear. This pertains to any sort of unknown odors, fizziness of hair, or not having its original shape. KR Hair Recovery Studio is currently not accepting returns, if you’re not exchanging it right away you will be issued a store credit.
